The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering or construction management degree (master's preferred) with 8+ years' experience, and PM certifications like PMP are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years' experience in project management for construction/infrastructure.
• Master's degree or PMP certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PM tools, methodologies, and software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and define scope with milestones.
• Oversee execution, monitor progress, and manage budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Manage project risks, resolve issues, and ensure safety/quality standards.
• Provide regular status reports to senior management; mentor project teams.
