Job summary

Confidential in Riyadh seeks an experienced Project Manager to represent the Owner on-site and oversee execution, rehabilitation, and fit-outs of real estate projects. You will manage site activities, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure delivery within scope, specs and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years of site execution and project management experience, with strong knowledge of rehabilitation, renovation, and commercial fit-outs, plus fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/construction engineering required.
• 7–12 years of proven site execution and PM experience.
• Extensive building rehabilitation, renovation, and commercial fit-outs.
• Experience as Client Representative preferred; fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Act as Developer’s on-site representative for new developments and rehabilitation projects.
• Oversee structural modifications, MEP upgrades, and premium finishes.
• Lead field teams, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and manage schedule/budget.
• Ensure QA/QC with RFI/MIR processes and material verification.
