Job summary

Confidential seeks an experienced Project Manager to represent the Owner/Developer on-site, overseeing execution, rehabilitation, and fit-out of real estate projects. You will manage site activities, coordinate with consultants and contractors, monitor quality, schedule, and budget to deliver projects per scope and specs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in civil/construction engineering, 7–12 years of proven site management experience, especially in rehabilitation and commercial fit-outs, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering is required.
• Minimum 7–12 years of proven site execution and project management experience, particularly in rehabilitation, renovation, and fit-outs.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Owner/Developer's on-site representative for new developments and complex rehabilitation projects.
• Oversee structural retrofitting, MEP upgrades, and premium finish works within existing buildings.
• Direct field teams and subcontractors, manage scope changes, and ensure alignment with schedule and budget.
