Job summary

National Association of Women in Construction seeks a seasoned Project Manager for fit-out, restaurant, retail and commercial construction in Riyadh. You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage budgets, schedules and QA, and coordinate with architects, contractors and suppliers to ensure safe, on-time completion.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years in construction project management, experience with fit-out works, and proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• 7-12 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience managing fit-out projects for restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, hospitality or commercial developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, fit-out works, project planning, budgeting and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating MEP, interior fit-out and finishing works.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in the GCC, particularly Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred.
• PMP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee fit-out and construction projects from concept to handover.
• Manage construction of restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, and commercial spaces within budget and quality standards.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections for safety and quality compliance.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and contractor submissions.
• Manage procurement activities and monitor material deliveries.
• Oversee contractor performance and contractual adherence.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
