Job summary

Mace is delivering a major mixed-use development in Saudi Arabia, including sports, entertainment and arts facilities, with extensive infrastructure. We seek a Cost and Commercial Manager to lead the cost team and ensure robust financial control across design and construction phases.

You will prepare contracts, manage variations and claims, and provide monthly cost reporting while guiding junior consultants. MRICS/CIPS and MEA experience are preferred, with a relevant degree required.

Qualifications

• Relevant MEA experience.
• Degree qualification required.
• Chartered or MRICS/CIPS certifications preferred.
• Proven experience in the construction delivery phase of large projects.

Responsibilities

• Providing cost and commercial management services to support project completion.
• Leading the cost and commercial team to achieve strategic outcomes.
• Preparing contract documents, warranties and licenses.
• Managing cost control and reporting and presenting monthly post-contract cost reports.
• Assessing and managing costs for design changes and construction activities.
• Evaluating delay and cost claims.
• Issuing certificates for practical completion and final accounts.
• Advising on defect resolution and final certification.
• Guiding cost consultants to improve processes and service delivery.
• Contributing to net-zero carbon goals across project delivery.
