Mace is seeking a senior Cost & Commercial Manager for a major Saudi programme. You will lead cross-functional teams to manage cost, contracts and reporting, ensuring financial and strategic outcomes align with project goals.

You should bring MRICS or CIPS certification, a relevant degree, and extensive MEA construction delivery experience. The role supports visa requirements and offers hybrid working options within a high-value project context.

Formación

• Relevant MEA experience in major programmes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• MRICS or CIPS certification is preferred.
• Proven track record in the cost and commercial management during delivery phases.
• Ability to meet visa criteria for Saudi Arabia.

Responsabilidades

• Provide cost and commercial management services to support project completion.
• Lead the cost and commercial team to achieve strategic outcomes.
• Prepare contract documents, warranties and licenses.
• Manage cost control and reporting with monthly post-contract cost reports.
• Assess costs for design changes and construction activities.
• Evaluate delay and cost claims.
• Issue certificates for practical completion and final accounts.
• Advise on defect resolution and final certification.
• Guide cost consultants to improve processes and service delivery.
• Contribute to net-zero goals by identifying and reducing emissions.
