Tameer Steel in Jeddah is seeking a Collections Representative to manage outstanding payments and negotiate settlements in a full-time, on-site role.

You will maintain records, coordinate with the finance team to reconcile accounts, and respond to billing inquiries with clear, respectful communication. A background in finance and proficiency with ERP systems are valued, with a focus on accuracy and meeting collection targets.

Formación

• Saudi Nationals only.
• 3–5 years of experience in collections or related finance roles.
• Strong debt and cash collection skills with overdue accounts.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Solid understanding of finance, reconciliation, and basic billing.
• Proficiency in office software, ERP/accounting systems and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with targets.
• Experience in collections, credit control, or related finance role is preferred; manufacturing sector is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contact customers about outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans.
• Maintain accurate collection records and update customer accounts.
• Collaborate with finance to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
