Job summary

Parisima Talent is partnering with a client in Saudi Arabia to hire an experienced Collection Officer/Accounts Receivable Officer responsible for managing customer accounts, invoices, payments and receivables. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely payments and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of accounts receivable experience
• Experience in invoicing, payment processing, AR aging, reconciliation
• Fluent in English and Arabic

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts, invoices, receipts, and outstanding balances
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue invoices
• Coordinate payments, invoices, and account discrepancies with customers
• Record and reconcile customer payments and balances
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and internal teams to resolve billing issues
• Prepare AR aging reports and other receivable reports
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and customer queries
• Support month-end closing and AR reporting
• Maintain accurate customer account records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
