Role Description The Collections Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This position is responsible for contacting customers regarding outstanding payments, negotiating repayment arrangements, and ensuring timely debt and cash collection in line with company policies. The role includes maintaining accurate records of all collection activities, updating customer account information, and collaborating with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. The Collections Representative will also handle customer inquiries related to billing and payments, provide clear and respectful communication, and escalated complex cases when needed. The role requires adherence to internal procedures, preparation of regular collection reports, and contribution to continuous improvement of collection processes.

• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Finance principles relevant to collections, account reconciliation, and basic billing processes.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in using office software (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP or accounting systems and Excel) and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Previous experience in collections, credit control, or a related finance role is preferred; experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is an advantage.
