Job summary

CORE Coffee & Roastery in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Senior Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple outlets and ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and service procedures.

You will drive sales, monitor KPIs, lead Store Managers, manage cost controls, inventory, and compliance, while fostering a service-focused culture and coordinating with HR for staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field is required.
• 7–10+ years of experience in F&B operations, preferably multi-unit.
• Experience managing multiple branches/outlets is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L, sales, labor cost, food cost, inventory and KPIs.
• Experience in specialty coffee or coffee-roastery operations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and F&B POS/ERP systems.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel between branches as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple CORE Coffee & Roastery locations.
• Ensure all branches follow SOPs, standards, and service procedures.
• Monitor store performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and teams.
• Maintain coffee quality, recipes, standards, and QC procedures.
• Control costs across food, beverage, labor, and inventory.
• Ensure excellent customer service and hospitality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
