Job summary

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in the specialty coffee industry, a proven track record in multi-store management, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Arabic to lead diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in specialty coffee industry, preferably in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in managing multiple stores and achieving business objectives.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of multiple specialty coffee stores in the designated area
• Develop and maintain relationships with store managers and staff to ensure high-quality products and service
• Monitor and analyze store performance through visits and audits
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Train and mentor store managers on management techniques and company policies
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
• Participate in recruitment and selection of store managers and staff
• Manage inventory and maintain stock levels
• Identify and address operational issues promptly
