Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a Senior Road Engineer for our Riyadh team. You will lead planning, design, and delivery of road infrastructure projects, providing technical oversight during construction and ensuring quality and safety.

The role requires 15+ years in road engineering with site supervision in a consultancy setting, plus strong communication skills. Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree (Master's preferred) and a PE license.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; master's preferred.
15+ years of road engineering experience with site supervision background.
Professional engineering license or equivalent certification preferred.
Fluency in English; Arabic would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, design, and development of road infrastructure projects per client requirements and standards.
Provide technical oversight during construction phases with site inspections and QA/QC.
Develop and implement traffic management and safety measures for roadworks.
Engage stakeholders, report progress, and manage budgets and resources.
