House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) seeks a highly qualified Civil Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia, focusing on industrial, logistics, and data center projects.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, construction supervision, and site inspection.
• Proven experience in industrial, logistics, warehouse, or data center projects.
• Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and relevant international standards.
• Strong knowledge of civil/structural construction and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor civil and structural works across industrial, logistics, and data center projects.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and applicable standards.
• Review civil/structural shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and verify the quality of foundations, concrete works, structural elements, external works, roads, drainage, and related civil activities.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with schedules and quality requirements.
• Verify materials and workmanship meet project specifications and approved standards.
• Identify non-conformance issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, MEP teams, and other disciplines to resolve issues.
• Prepare daily and periodic site inspection reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Participate in testing, inspections, snagging, and final handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and project standards.
