Jobskey Consultancy seeks a Civil/Structural BIM Engineer for a landmark high-rise tower project in the Riyadh Region. The role is site-based and requires proficiency in Building Information Modelling across all disciplines, with experience on tall towers.

You will review drawings, prepare shop drawings, BOQ take-offs, and coordinate BIM across structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring QA/QC in line with Saudi standards and international practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modelling) across all engineering disciplines.
• Experience on high-rise tower projects preferred, not necessarily Riyadh-specific.

Responsabilités

• Review civil and structural design drawings and shop drawings for towers, ensuring compliance with design intent and specifications.
• Prepare and coordinate civil/structural shop drawings, ensuring BIM-coordinated model alignment with site conditions.
• Prepare and maintain As-Built drawings for civil/structural works for record and handover.
• Prepare and verify BOQ take-offs for civil/structural works to support procurement, tendering, and variations/change orders.
• Conduct technical/QC reviews of civil and structural works against approved design, Saudi Building Code, and international standards.
• Support BIM coordination for structural elements, ensuring clash-free integration with architectural and MEP disciplines.
• Review vendor/subcontractor technical submittals, material approvals, and test certificates.
• Provide technical support and guidance to site civil engineers on complex design and construction issues.
• Participate in technical inspections, witness testing, and structural commissioning reviews.
