Saudi Azm is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead analysis and design of business processes, systems, and strategies. You will gather requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and mentor junior analysts to ensure best practices across projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, development of BRDs and diagrams, and active involvement in BI/data analytics initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Saudi nationality is required.
• Proven experience leading business analysis for large, complex projects.
• Experience in finance, healthcare, or technology industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and BI/data analytics projects.
• CBAP or equivalent certification preferred; PMP or CSM a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead the analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvements.
• Develop and document detailed process flows, requirements, and functional specs.
• Conduct gap analyses to align current and future states.
• Perform benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate strategies and model solutions to address business challenges.
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements.
• Create BRDs, workflows, user stories, and diagrams to visualize processes.
• Define and manage project scope; handle change requests and prevent scope creep.
• Review prototypes, gather stakeholder feedback, and coordinate with design/development.
• Monitor progress, coordinate testing/UAT, and refine the solution accordingly.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices across projects.
