Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital banking platforms.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the loan and mortgage lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, BRDs, and user stories.
• Support product owners, delivery teams, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements are incorporated into solution design.
• Participate in workshops and stakeholder discussions to ensure clarity, alignment, and solution accuracy.
