Job summary

Parsons in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned BIM Manager to lead modeling, coordination, and data integration across mega infrastructure projects. You will ensure adherence to BEP, LOD standards, and industry frameworks while guiding multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality digital models.

The role requires 10+ years in BIM, strong Revit/Navisworks/ACC expertise, and readiness to relocate to Tabuk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; BIM certifications preferred.
• 10+ years in BIM implementation and coordination on large-scale projects.
• Expertise with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM modeling, setup templates, and ensure multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Oversee clash detection and resolve design conflicts before construction.
• Enforce BEP and LOD standards, naming conventions across teams.
• Manage data integration for 4D/5D/6D requirements.
• Conduct QA audits of models and 2D documentation.
• Provide training and mentorship to engineers and modelers.
