LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE GROUP is seeking a Senior Manager BD to lead sales and commercial performance for the oil and gas products portfolio in the region. You will shape pricing strategies, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships with international suppliers and stakeholders.

The role offers exposure to senior leadership and cross-border commercial operations, requiring strong leadership, negotiation, and market insight.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in oil and gas commercial or sales roles.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Strong experience in pricing strategy, tendering, and contract management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing commercial teams.
• Exposure to international suppliers and cross-border commercial operations.
• Solid understanding of oil and gas market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional regional language skills advantageous.
• Applicants must currently be Saudi based.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and optimise margins across oil and gas product portfolio.
• Monitor pricing compliance and profitability to maximise commercial performance.
• Identify and secure new clients, distributors, and regional market opportunities.
• Develop and execute account plans for key customers and strategic partners.
• Strengthen long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and retention.
• Analyse customer needs and align product offerings to market demand.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with market and cost structures.
• Prepare commercial proposals, bids, and tender submissions.
• Track competitor activity and market trends to inform pricing decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including international suppliers.
• Prepare and present regular commercial performance reports to senior management.
• Provide insights on sales performance, margins, and market intelligence.
