Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in Riyadh is seeking an Account Services leader to establish and manage back-office functions with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and service excellence. You will oversee end-to-end account opening processes and ensure adherence to SLAs and internal controls.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in commerce/finance/economics and at least five years in banking with supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Commerce, Banking, Finance or Economic.
Five Year’s relevant experience in the Banking sector with at least 2 years in similar positions of progressively increasing supervisory responsibilities in the Unit function.

Responsibilities

Establish and manage Account Services in compliance with FAB policies and international best practices.
Plan, organize, lead and manage end-to-end workflows for back-office account opening and service delivery in centralized environment.
Follow policies and SOPs to ensure work is controlled and consistent.
Demonstrate ethics and values to support a value-driven culture.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
Manage internal customer relationships and ensure SLAs are met.
Supervise activities and improve quality and efficiency.
Maintain tick lists and meet commitments to internal and external customers.
Develop control procedures to mitigate operational risk and respond to audit findings.
