Confidential, based in Riyadh, is seeking an experienced Head of Treasury & Banking to lead its Treasury function. The role focuses on strategy, liquidity management, and strong relationships with Saudi banks, while negotiating facilities and managing risk.

The candidate should have 10–15+ years in Treasury/Corporate Finance, with 3–5+ years in senior leadership, and possess excellent English with Arabic as an advantage.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of Treasury/Corporate Finance/Banking experience.
• 3–5+ years in senior treasury leadership roles.
• Strong banking relationships in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record in banking and financing negotiations.
• Hands-on knowledge of LCs, LGs, trade finance, credit facilities, and cash management.
• Experience in a large/complex corporate environment.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.
• Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities
