CROWN Arabia Can Company Ltd. is seeking a capable production lead to steer the back-end production team, ensuring efficient operation, high-quality output and strict safety standards.

You will oversee daily activities, optimize processes, monitor performance, and collaborate with maintenance, front-end production and quality assurance to meet production targets. A strong mechanical mindset, coaching ability and attention to detail are essential for success in this supervisory role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred in a technical field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing production experience, preferably in can/packaging.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-leader role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of quality control principles and safety regulations.
• Ability to read technical documents and production specifications.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate daily back-end production team activities.
• Ensure production processes meet quality standards for can manufacturing.
• Enforce safety policies; conduct safety audits and address hazards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate as needed.
• Train new team members on procedures and safety.
• Monitor metrics and report team performance to management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement them.
• Maintain accurate production records (downtime, output, quality).
• Collaborate with frontend production, maintenance and QA for smooth workflow.
• Foster a positive, productive work environment with teamwork.
