Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years as a business analyst with focus on requirements alignment and change management.
• Hands-on experience with the Skadina platform.
• Strong skills gathering and aligning business requirements with technical solutions.
• Experience in QA processes, testing support, and requirements traceability.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
