Job summary

Müller's Solutions is seeking a Technical Lead to drive data migration, testing, and quality execution across Skadina implementations. You will oversee migration strategies, testing activities, and QA processes to ensure data integrity and successful delivery.

You will mentor project teams, coordinate with architects and stakeholders, and support cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Software Eng or related field.
• 8+ years in enterprise app implementation with data migration and testing.
• Hands-on experience with the Skadina platform.
• Experience leading SIT, UAT, regression and performance testing.
• Strong QA methodologies and defect management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration activities including planning, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Define and execute data migration strategies for Skadina implementations.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, regression and performance testing.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency during migration and deployment.
• Develop and review test plans, test cases, scripts, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate defect management, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
• Support cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Monitor project quality and ensure process compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
• Prepare and maintain migration plans and testing reports.
