Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Senior Manager - AV & Broadcast Technology Solutions to lead strategy, planning, design governance and technical oversight of audiovisual, immersive media and integrated digital experiences across all Qiddiya Sports assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 7+ years delivering AV, media or integrated technology systems for major venues or events.
• Strong understanding of audiovisual systems, digital media technologies, IPTV, digital signage, broadcast integration and immersive experiences.
• Good understanding of ICT infrastructure, networking, systems integration and smart venue technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in complex, fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AV, media and creative technology design across sports venues through all project stages.
• Establish technical standards, system architectures and design guidelines across the portfolio.
• Provide specialist technical advisory to ensure consistency, scalability and future readiness.
• Safeguard design intent while balancing operational, technical, programme and budget considerations.
• Contribute to long-term technology roadmaps and identify emerging technologies.
• Support integration of AV with ICT, broadcast, venue management platforms and digital signage.
• Promote coordination between AV, ICT, MEP, architectural and operational disciplines.
• Evaluate system architectures for resilience, cybersecurity, maintainability and lifecycle performance.
• Ensure operational readiness and develop maintenance strategies and handover processes.
