Job summary

Bupa Arabia in Al Khobar seeks an energetic Retail Sales representative to drive product sales, manage leads, and maintain customer satisfaction. You will meet weekly call targets, process quotations within 72 hours, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role requires strong English and Arabic communication, resilience under pressure, and proven drive to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell specific BUPA products to retail customers based on leads.
• Follow KPIs for calls, visits and proposals.
• Search for new leads from nets, referrals, CRM and territory management.
• Submit quotations within 72 hours.
• Maintain high standards in written correspondence in Arabic & English.
• Track sales stages from identification to closure and renewal.
• Ensure premium collection according to Finance policy.
• Ensure Premium collection in accordance to BA credit control policy.
• Achieve 100% of Outstanding collection.
• Send daily sales reports to the Team Leader.
• Prepare monthly reports of won & lost accounts.
• Maintain awareness of market trends and competitors.
• Meet minimum weekly sales call standards and complete reporting and forecasting.
• Share competitive intelligence with management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction during interactions.
• Coordinate with Membership, Customer Service, Pre-Auth, Claim, Finance as needed.
• Visit clients monthly to build relationships and apply loyalty programs.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements of SAMA & CCHI.

To ensure that specific BUPA products are sold to the retail customers based on the leads generated, as per the need of the customer and ensuring that all the sales processes are followed ensuring high customer satisfaction thereby helping the Retail Sales business achieve their targets.

• Follow set KPI's by team leader for number of calls, visits and proposals.
• Search for new leads by different sources (Net - calls - territory Management - Referrals - CRM … etc)
• Ensure submitting the quotation within department KPI's (72 hours).
• Ensure high standard written correspondences in Arabic & English
• Fulfill Renewal book target
• Track all sales stages from identification of prospect, calls, meetings, follow ups, pricing and agreement signature, relation
• Ensure premium collection according to Finance policy
• Ensure Premium collection in accordance to BA credit control policy
• Achieving 100 % of Outstanding collection
• Ensure that the daily sales report is sent to the Team Leader
• Ensure that a monthly report of all the accounts that have been won & lost
• Maintain awareness of market trends and competitors
• Meet minimum weekly sales call standards and complete all reporting, forecasting in a timely manner
• Maintain awareness of market trends and competitors' practices and pass on the intelligence to the retail sales management
• Ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with the interaction during the interaction.
• Follow up on customer query & request which requires interaction with other departments (Membership - Customer Service - Pre-Auth - Claim - Finance …etc)
• Ensure monthly visit or when needed to build good relationship with the client & apply the loyalty program
• Comply with all regulatory requirements of SAMA & CCHI to mitigate any compliance risk
