Job summary

hrgf is seeking a highly experienced Asset Management & Class Engineer Senior to join the Corporate Asset Performance and Improvement Department. The role provides senior-level technical and strategic oversight of corporate asset performance and lifecycle management activities, aligning with governance standards and international norms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience in Asset Management, engineering, asset performance, lifecycle management, or related fields.
• Extensive knowledge of corporate Asset Management frameworks, governance structures, and performance management practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance frameworks for monitoring and measuring progress toward Asset Management objectives.
• Review BL performance reports and KPIs for accuracy and alignment with corporate requirements.
• Develop and maintain asset performance dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports.
• Analyze asset performance trends to identify underperforming assets and systemic gaps.
• Provide oversight of outsourced asset lifecycle activities and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
