Job summary

Air Products in Saudi Arabia seeks an Assets Management Lead who will ensure stable revenue, contractual compliance, and strong commercial performance of operating assets. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and JV partners to optimize O&M matters, support asset lifecycles, and drive process improvements across the organization. The role demands proactive governance and robust reporting to maximize asset profitability.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Legal, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 5–7 years in commercial, contract management, asset management, or business roles within energy, industrial gases, petrochemicals, oil & gas, or utilities.
  • Strong contract interpretation, financial acumen, stakeholder management, and structured communication.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to address O&M commercial matters and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Support asset lifecycle activities including upgrades, debottlenecking, and infrastructure projects.
  • Verify and align process, metering, and operational data to support accurate billing and reporting.
  • Drive initiatives to maximize asset efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage commercial and financial performance of operating assets, including revenue assurance and margin enhancement.
  • Lead timely billing, collections, and dispute resolution activities.
  • Partner with Finance and JV stakeholders on financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Lead contract management and commercial advisory activities.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and governance requirements.
  • Prepare and issue formal communications, notices, and claims.
  • Interface with Business Development and JV Partners on account management and growth opportunities contractual analysis and research to inform on the company obligations and advise on necessary actions
  • Coordinate with all required functions to prepare notices and claims
  • Lead the preparation of the notices and claims, and securing necessary reviews and approvals within company governance.
  • Coordinate with utilities, regulators, and authorities on commercial and compliance matters.
  • Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Drive process standardization and digitization across commercial workflows.
  • Apply lessons learned to improve contract execution and governance.

Job Summary:

The Assets Management Lead is accountable for ensuring stable revenue generation, contractual compliance, and commercial performance of BHIG’s operating assets. The role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, JV Partners, and external stakeholders to maximize asset profitability, ensure accurate billing and collections, manage contracts and stakeholder relationships, and support future growth.

Nature And Scope

The role operates at the interface between commercial, operational, and financial functions, with accountability across live plant operations, asset lifecycle activities, and customer contracts. The position requires frequent engagement with internal teams and external stakeholders and plays a key role in account management governance, reporting, and compliance.

Principal Accountabilities
Asset Commercial & O&M Support
