Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Director of Asset Management to provide strategic oversight of the asset portfolio. You will drive portfolio strategy, financial performance, risk management, and capital planning while leading asset management teams.

You will develop and execute asset portfolio strategies, monitor performance, and manage relationships with investors and lenders. Strong leadership and communication are essential for presenting recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
• Typically 10–15+ years of experience in asset management, real estate, infrastructure, investments, or related sectors.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex portfolios.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation skills.
• Experience with portfolio optimization, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Ability to present recommendations to executive leadership.

Key responsibilities often include:

• Leading asset optimization, refinancing, acquisition, and disposition initiatives.

• Overseeing risk management, compliance, and governance activities.
