Job summary

Qiddiya seeks a Senior Director Asset Management to lead the asset portfolio strategy and maximize long-term value. You will oversee financial performance, risk, capital planning, and executive reporting while guiding asset management teams in a dynamic environment.

The role requires a strong background in finance, real estate or infrastructure, with 10–15+ years of leadership experience and exceptional communication and negotiation skills. MBA preferred, Riyadh region base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• Typically 10–15+ years of experience in asset management, real estate, infrastructure, investments, or related sectors.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex portfolios.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation skills.
• Experience with portfolio optimization, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities.
