Job summary

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Asset Suppression Specialist to optimize maintenance and sustain RSAF fleet availability in Taif. You will lead strategic maintenance solutions, manage criticality reduction and collaborate with RSAF, MODSAP and UK teams to drive performance.

Key duties include reporting on progress, supporting life cycle management, and ensuring alignment with safety and contractual requirements for successful mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience with fast jet maintenance and support environments.
• Knowledge of RSAF/RAF maintenance practices is required.
• Strong stakeholder management across MODSAP and RSAF.

Responsibilities

• Support Asset Suppression Team Leader to optimise maintenance and improve asset availability.
• Identify and project-manage strategic maintenance and engineering solutions.
• Report on safety, performance indicators, and governance across stakeholders.
• Engage with RSAF, MODSAP and UK partners to align tactical activities.
• Produce periodic reviews and support life cycle management activities.
