Job summary

Front End seeks an Asset & Structured Finance Manager to own the full lifecycle of heavy-asset acquisition and financing across the Saudi and GCC market. The role blends dealmaking, structured finance, and treasury to grow our marine, logistics, and heavy-equipment fleet on Shariah-compliant terms.

The successful candidate will bring established regional relationships with banks, Islamic and conventional financiers, sovereign funds, and development funds, with a track record of closing complex,

Qualifications

• Proven track record of structuring and closing asset-finance transactions (multi-party, syndicated, cross-border).
• Deep regional relationships with Saudi & GCC banks, Islamic and conventional institutions, and development funds.
• Knowledge of Ijara, Murabaha, Istisna'a, sukuk, sale-and-leaseback, and related security docs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and negotiate acquisition, lease, or charter of marine vessels, logistics assets, and heavy equipment in the GCC.
• Lead due diligence, valuation, lifecycle forecasting, and total-cost-of-ownership analyses.
• Structure financing packages and lead negotiations on pricing, tenor, and covenants.
• Coordinate end-to-end deal execution with legal, technical, and governance teams through financial close.
• Monitor portfolio performance, covenant compliance, and refinancing opportunities.
