Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company seeks a Senior Design Manager to oversee and integrate architectural design processes across asset types in alignment with the Client's innovative vision. You will lead a creative team, ensure quality and design excellence, and collaborate with the Project Director and stakeholders to deliver exceptional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite.
• Experience with large-scale, multidisciplinary projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design scope and manage scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Direct the integration of design packages and emphasize safety within design efforts.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams through all project phases from concept to execution.
• Create comprehensive design documentation, including architectural sets and reports.
• Supervise architecture and design staff, offering strategic guidance on design initiatives.
