Job summary

Imploy Egypt is seeking a Senior Architectural Engineer to lead major residential and commercial projects in Riyadh. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of architectural supervision and proven leadership to drive project success.

You will coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical teams, oversee architectural staff, and ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code while guiding permits and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of architectural supervision experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience with major residential or commercial projects preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code.

Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural works throughout project phases.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical consultants.
• Manage and guide architectural teams.
• Support contractor evaluation and material selection.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and the Saudi Building Code.
• Follow up on permits, approvals, and project requirements.
