Job summary

Imploy Egypt in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a senior Mechanical & Electrical Engineer with proven leadership to supervise M&E works on residential and commercial projects. The role emphasizes coordination with architects and consultants, and delivering accurate technical and financial proposals.

You will lead and mentor mechanical and electrical teams, ensure quality, safety, and sustainability, and monitor progress to meet Saudi Building Code requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical and electrical supervision, including at least 3 years in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience with major residential or commercial projects is preferred.
• Excellent Arabic communication skills, both written and spoken, with good English proficiency.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and safety standards.
• Valid Saudi driving license and access to a vehicle are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise mechanical and electrical works throughout different project phases.
• Follow up on government permits, approvals, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other consulting engineers to ensure proper project integration.
• Prepare accurate technical and financial proposals.
• Lead, supervise, and guide mechanical and electrical teams to achieve project objectives.
• Participate in evaluating contractors, reviewing proposals, and selecting suitable materials.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code and applicable regulations.
