Mission.dev in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior API Platform Engineer to own the implementation, administration, and optimization of our API infrastructure. You will ensure security and reliability of high-scale data services supporting national digital platforms.

You will manage full API lifecycle, enforce robust security, oversee gateway solutions and automation pipelines, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to standardize API security and governance across digital products.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with API gateway design and administration.

About the Role

As a Senior API Platform Engineer, you will own the implementation, administration, and optimization of the organization's API infrastructure. This role is central to ensuring the security and reliability of high-scale data services that support national-level digital platforms. You will manage the entire API lifecycle and enforce robust security protocols. By overseeing complex gateway solutions and automation pipelines, you will directly impact the scalability of products used by public and private entities across the regional economy.

What You'll Do

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD integration and API monitoring tools.

Work Schedule

• This position follows the standard Saudi work week, from Sunday through Thursday, and requires full-time overlap with Saudi business hours
