About the Role
As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer, you will own the security posture of national-scale digital platforms. You will be responsible for the implementation and management of comprehensive security tools, ranging from endpoint detection to cloud infrastructure security. Your work ensures the reliability and integrity of systems used by government and enterprise clients. This role demands a focus on high-impact incident response and vulnerability management, directly contributing to the security of critical regional data services.
What You'll Do
- Implement and manage endpoint detection and response (EDR/XDR) solutions across the environment.
- Configure and maintain security services within cloud infrastructure platforms.
- Monitor and optimize SIEM platforms to ensure effective threat detection and analysis.
- Deploy and administer Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to secure sensitive assets.
- Execute vulnerability management programs and perform system hardening to mitigate risks.
- Lead incident response efforts to identify, contain, and remediate security threats.
- Maintain alignment with regional cybersecurity regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience in EDR/XDR implementation and management.
- Proven track record managing security services within major cloud environments.
- Proficiency with SIEM platforms for security monitoring and logging.
- Practical experience deploying and managing PAM solutions.
- Technical expertise in vulnerability management, system hardening, and incident response.
- Deep understanding of regional cybersecurity regulations and framework compliance.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Wazuh or Splunk for security operations.
- Familiarity with Teleport for access management.
Work Schedule
- This position follows the standard Saudi work week, from Sunday through Thursday, and requires full-time overlap with Saudi business hours.
