Job summary

Alsalam Aircraft Company seeks an experienced ALSE Instructor to deliver specialized training and act as a Subject Matter Expert. You will develop course materials, review documentation, and coordinate training activities with the Technical Crew Training Manager.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent in aircraft maintenance with at least five years in aviation and three years in training roles. Strong MS Office skills and English proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Aircraft Maintenance or ALSE-focused training program (2+ years).
• Minimum 5 years aviation experience in military or civilian settings, preferably with ALSE exposure.
• 3+ years as ALSE Instructor or similar training role.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Technical Crew Training Manager.
• Deliver ALSE training courses with theoretical and practical instruction; act as SME and Instructor.
• Develop manuals, curricula, and instructional materials aligned with course objectives.
• Review training documents and provide recommendations for standardization.
• Conduct trainee progress reviews and evaluations with feedback.
• Coordinate training activities to meet operational requirements.
• Prepare and deliver ALSE training courses and On-the-Job Training programs.
• Determine training resource needs and manage testing materials and aids.
• Ensure ALSE STS and course materials are current and compliant.
• Advise senior management on staffing and competency development.
• Update publications and instructional documentation as needed.
• Evaluate personnel performance and provide development feedback.
