Alsalam Aerospace Industries in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Air Traffic Control trainer to join the Directorate of Operations. You will develop, review, and update ATC training materials, syllabi, examinations, and structured programs for ATC personnel.

The role requires a minimum of five years in ATC operations, a recognized ATC qualification (FAA/ICAO Level 7 or equivalent), and strong English and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Air Traffic Control operations.
• Qualified instructor with ability to deliver ATC training in classroom and practical environments.
• Strong English reading, writing and speaking abilities; Level 5+ preferred.
• Must hold a recognized ATC qualification such as FAA, ICAO, Level 7 or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Develop, prepare, review and update ATC training materials, publications, syllabi, examinations and instructional documentation.
• Prepare and maintain ATC training curricula and structured programs for ATC personnel.
• Advise management on ATC training requirements, competency development and training needs.
• Perform instructional duties for ATC personnel in classroom and operational environments.
