Job summary

Alsalam Aircraft Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned Air Traffic Control (ATC) instructor to lead classroom and on‑the‑job training for ATC personnel, developing curricula and assessments to ensure high standards of safety and operational readiness.

You will work within the Directorate of Operations, coordinating with bases and HQ, and delivering instructional material in English, leveraging military aviation experience and recognized ATC qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in ATC operations.
• Military ATC experience preferred.
• Qualified instructor capable of classroom and practical training.
• ATC qualification/certification (FAA, ICAO, Level 7, or equivalent).
• Experience developing ATC training materials, syllabi, examinations and related instructional documentation.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Work under the assigned management structure and report to the relevant Directorate of Operations.
• Maintain close coordination with ATC instructors at bases and headquarters, providing regular feedback on training activities and progress.
• Develop, prepare, review, and update ATC training materials, publications, syllabi, examinations, and other instructional documentation.
• Prepare and maintain ATC training curricula and structured programs for ATC personnel.
• Advise commanders on ATC training requirements and competency development.
• Perform instructional duties for ATC personnel in classroom and operational environments.
