Job summary

Hill International in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Talent Pool – Airport Contracts/Commercial Manager to lead contract administration, commercial strategy, and financial performance on major aviation developments in the Middle East.

The role requires at least 20 years of international experience, a Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying degree, MRICS preferred, and strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, with English and Arabic language skills desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 20 years’ international experience.
• MRICS chartered status preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC form of contract, design & build.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract documents are implemented and maintained throughout the project.
• Review notices of claims and provide contractual advice to engineering teams.
• Interface with client representatives and consultants on contractual matters.
• Manage change orders, variation orders, and contract close-out activities.
• Maintain risk registers and communicate commercial risks to the client.
• Prepare monthly progress and commercial reports.
