Job summary

Hill International seeks a Contracts Management Department Manager in Riyadh Province to lead the department, align operating structures with programme management standards, and ensure compliance across contracts.

The role supervises contract administrators, reviews performance and changes, and supports procurement and contract formation in collaboration with client regulations. Requires 20+ years in contracts management, an engineering degree, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• A recognized engineering degree is required.
• Minimum twenty years in contracts management on large-scale projects.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Contract Management Department structure, processes and procedures.
• Monitor contract performance, warranties, invoicing, change management, claims and close out.
• Support client procurement rules, bid package reviews and contract templates for consulting and general engineering services.
