Job summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the delivery of automated people mover (APM) infrastructure at a major airport in Riyadh. The role focuses on coordinating installation, testing, commissioning, and readiness across terminals and connected facilities.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in construction or project delivery, with proven rail/transit delivery and strong multidisciplinary coordination within live-airport environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, transportation, or related engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of construction or project delivery experience.
• Strong experience delivering rail, transit, metro, or Automated People Mover systems.
• Experience coordinating civil, structural, MEP, rail systems, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction, installation, and interface coordination for APM systems and infrastructure.
• Oversee works within terminals, stations, guideways, and maintenance areas.
• Coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, MEP, rail, and IT interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality requirements.
