Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join the Technology / AI & Data team in Riyadh. You will design, build, and deploy reliable AI solutions addressing business challenges with measurable value.

The role emphasizes ML, generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and production‑grade AI development. Collaboration with software/data engineers and stakeholders is essential; Arabic language experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4-6 years of hands‑on experience in AI engineering, ML engineering, data science or related technical discipline.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Practical experience with ML/DL concepts and frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying generative AI or LLM‑based applications.
• Hands‑on experience designing RAG architectures.
• Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and retrieval pipelines.
• Experience integrating AI models through APIs and software applications.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, APIs, and system design.
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ML/AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Build generative AI applications using large language models and modern platforms.
• Develop RAG solutions using enterprise data, embeddings, and vector search.
• Create AI-powered assistants, chatbots, and recommendation systems.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise apps via REST APIs.
• Prepare and analyze data for AI applications.
• Develop prompt strategies and evaluation processes.
• Work with embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval tech.
• Evaluate AI solutions for quality, security, and cost efficiency.
• Fine‑tune or customize ML and language models as needed.
• Build reusable APIs and components for AI capabilities across the org.
• Monitor deployed AI apps and improve performance.
