Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
• Strong ability to work with and analyze large datasets.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and software integration.
• Experience with Git and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of model deployment and production AI environments.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or prompt engineering.
• Understanding of data privacy and information security principles.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using machine learning, deep learning, and big data analytics.
• Build and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines from data collection and preprocessing through model deployment.
• Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify actionable business insights.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.
• Develop scalable and reliable AI solutions for production environments.
• Monitor and evaluate AI model performance after deployment.
• Continuously improve model accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
• Work with cross-functional teams on AI-related projects and initiatives.
• Guide and train team members in AI technologies and best practices.
• Implement MLOps practices for model deployment and lifecycle management.
• Apply software engineering best practices to AI development.
• Support responsible and secure implementation of AI solutions.
• Work with emerging technologies including LLMs, generative AI, and prompt engineering.
