Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience, depending on grade.
• Knowledge of horticulture, landscaping, irrigation, soil management and plant protection.
• Experience supervising agricultural operations and field teams.
• Good communication, reporting and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and irrigation design is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise horticultural and landscaping activities.
• Develop planting schemes and select suitable plants, trees, and shrubs.
• Monitor soil quality, fertility, and nutrient requirements.
• Plan and manage irrigation systems and water distribution.
• Identify and control plant diseases, pests, and weeds.
• Prepare fertilization schedules and plant maintenance programs.
• Supervise agricultural workers, technicians, and field teams.
• Monitor plant growth and ensure the quality of landscaped areas.
• Prepare technical reports on agricultural activities and project progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental standards.
