Job summary
alfanar is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager in Riyadh to lead the adoption and embedding of Agile and Scrum across IT and digital transformation initiatives. You will coach Scrum teams, align stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring transparent delivery progress and effective use of Jira/Azure DevOps.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems or Any relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Lead adoption and implementation of Agile and Scrum methodologies across projects.
- Introduce Agile practices, frameworks, tools, and standards to improve delivery effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain Scrum processes, guidelines, and ways of working.
- Support teams transitioning to Agile and drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and monitor sprint progress, risks and blockers.
- Partner with Product Owners and delivery teams on backlog management and refinement.
- Coach Scrum teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
- Monitor Agile metrics and provide regular delivery updates to leadership.
