Job summary

Ideal candidate has 7–10 years of accounting experience, with strong regulatory knowledge and the ability to liaise with senior leadership and external regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, audit, and compliance.
• Ideally 4–5 years of experience with an international audit firm, manager level.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and statutory compliance in KSA.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage local office finance, accounting, tax, audit, and compliance.
• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting.
• Prepare tax filings (VAT, WHT, ZATCA, GOSI, RHQ, MOJ) and supporting documentation.
• Monitor changes in financial, tax, and regulatory requirements for compliance.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and authorities; coordinate audits.
• Maintain internal controls and audit readiness.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with U.S. Finance to align with GT Global standards.
• Provide financial and compliance support to local leadership.
• Handle additional finance, accounting, audit, and project tasks.
