Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional accounting certification (CA/CPA/ equivalent) and/or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in accounting/finance with 2+ years in people management.
• Experience with US GAAP, SOX, and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting team and ensure timely monthly close and accurate US GAAP reporting.
• Perform and review account analyses, reconciliations, and control testing (SOX/compliance).
• Support external audits and provide required financial statements and documentation.
• Oversee working capital management, collections, and disbursement controls.
• Collaborate with CFO and finance leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.
