Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or a similar role.
• Strong experience working within a marketing, advertising, digital, or creative agency.
• Proven experience managing clients and campaigns in the Saudi Arabian market is essential.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts.
• Translate clients' business objectives into clear marketing strategies and briefs.
• Manage accounts in SaaS, technology, B2B, and digital product sectors.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, campaign reviews, and strategic discussions.
• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with client objectives.
• Coordinate with creative, content, social media, performance marketing, media buying, production, and strategy teams.
• Ensure campaigns and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Manage client expectations and address challenges proactively.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing accounts.
• Support business development initiatives, proposals, pitches, and presentations when required.
• Manage account budgets, quotations, scopes of work, and commercial agreements.
