Crystalnetworks, located in Riyadh, is expanding its Data Center, Cloud & AI division and seeks a driven Senior Account Manager. This role involves deploying and configuring cloud and data center solutions, executing migrations, and providing technical support.

Qualifications

Position Information

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Deploy & configure cloud and data center solutions.
• Execute migrations, integrations, and system implementations.
• Provide technical support during and after deployment.
• Collaborate with presales team for solution validation.
• Document implementations and ensure smooth handovers.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering Information Technology, or related technical field.
• 3-6 years in systems or cloud engineering
• Strong knowledge of virtualization, storage, and networking.
• Experience with MS Azure &/or AWS is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work onsite and remotely with clients.
